WHO WE ARE

"AJSNY" originated in 2005, growing out of freelance rendering and design work founding principal Alan Silverman took on while finishing his Master of Architecture degree at Columbia's Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation (GSAPP).

Our core business has always been design support. Every member of the AJSNY team has an educational background in architecture in addition to specialized CG training. Our clients in the design disciplines have come to rely on us for help in communicating their vision clearly -- often under crushing deadlines. Our ability to speak their language and "fill in the blanks" when concepts are still evolving is what many appreciate even more than the final images or animation.

In recent years, AJSNY has expanded beyond this design support core. We now offer design services directly to developers, marketers, and clients entirely outside the world of real estate. Our technical and artistic capacity to give ideas life in the form of high-impact stills, photography, video and interactive 3D environments can benefit anyone who needs to communicate a concept convincingly.

In bringing this capacity to a broader clientele, we remain dedicated to the goal of simplifying and streamlining the process of visual communication.
