Marketing Renderings are images representing the final design intent for a project. Additional attention is generally paid to the representation of materials and lighting, dramatic backdrop photography and very specific entourage. The final results typically look more polished and are produced at higher resolution, with sizes ranging from typical print advertising pages up to billboard dimensions.
This process is typically done under less time pressure and involves only a few rounds of revisions more limited in impact than those expected when producing Design Process & Presentation renderings. Thus, while the final product almost always looks “better”, the cost is often lower.
